1. Give AI one job
AI works when it has one clear assignment. "Write a follow-up text for a customer who asked for a quote last week and has not replied" beats "help me with marketing." One job, one output.
Business System 360 · Free AI Lesson
A five-step lesson any business owner can use today: turn AI from a toy into a working assistant for follow-ups, reviews, posts, and ads. No jargon. No tools to buy.
AI works when it has one clear assignment. "Write a follow-up text for a customer who asked for a quote last week and has not replied" beats "help me with marketing." One job, one output.
Add the facts: your business name, what you sell, who the customer is, your tone, and your city or service area. The difference between a generic answer and a usable one is the context you provide.
Tell it exactly what to hand back: a 3-line email, a 5-option headline list, a checklist with 10 items. AI gives you the shape you ask for — so ask for the shape you will actually use.
AI is fast, not always right. Verify every fact, price, claim, and name before anything reaches a customer. Nothing AI writes gets published as-is — you are the editor, and you own the outcome.
When a prompt produces something that works, save it. Keep a small library of your best prompts for follow-ups, review replies, ad hooks, and posts. One saved prompt is a system you can reuse forever.
AI drafts. You decide. Every fact, price, promise, and claim gets verified by a human before a customer ever sees it. That discipline is what makes AI safe to use in a real business.
Replace the brackets with your details and paste these into any AI tool. Save the ones that work — that is step 5.
Follow-up message
You are the assistant for [business name], a [what you do] business in [city]. Write a friendly 3-sentence follow-up text to a customer who requested a quote 5 days ago and has not replied. Warm, professional, one clear call to action. No emojis.
Review response
You are the owner of [business name]. Write a 2-sentence reply to this 5-star review thanking the customer by name, mentioning one specific thing they praised, and inviting them back. Genuine, not scripted-sounding.
Ad hook list
You are a marketer for [business name], a [what you do] business serving [city/service area]. Write 5 short ad hooks (under 10 words each) aimed at [ideal customer]. Focus on the problem we solve, not the product name. Return them as a numbered list.
A live, hands-on class that goes past the basics: building your personal prompt library, creating professional brand images with AI, automating follow-up, and measuring whether an AI tool is actually earning its keep. You leave with systems running, not notes.
